Ai sensi dell’art. 13 del Regolamento europeo n. 679/2016 (di seguito GDPR) e relativo decreto attuativo D.lgs n. 101/2018

PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT
The methods for processing the personal data of users of the website www.mynet.it, which may be collected during consultation of the site, are communicated below. This information is provided pursuant to Art. 13 of the GDPR to those who interact with the web services accessible electronically from the address: www.mynet.it. The indications provided below are also inspired by the guidelines derived from Art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC and concern in particular the collection of personal data on the Internet, aiming to identify the minimum measures that must be implemented towards the data subjects to guarantee the fairness and lawfulness of such practices.

THE DATA CONTROLLER
Following consultation of the site www.mynet.it, hereinafter referred to as the SITE, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The "Controller" of their processing is MyNet S.r.l. - Mantova, Italy, hereinafter identified as the DATA CONTROLLER.

SCOPE
The information is provided only for the SITE in question and not for other external websites that may be consulted via links on the pages of the SITE, which connect to different domains, for which the DATA CONTROLLER is not responsible.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing related to the web services on the SITE (physically residing on servers connected to the network) is carried out at the headquarters of the DATA CONTROLLER and is handled only by employees, collaborators or persons in charge of processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from navigation on the SITE is communicated or disseminated to third parties whose work is not inherent to the management, operation or control of the operations of the SITE itself. Personal data provided by users who forward requests for information material are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties in the event that this is necessary for that purpose, except as provided in the chapter "optional provision of data".

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Browsing Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the SITE acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes, by way of example, IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the SITE and to check its correct functioning. The data could be made available by the DATA CONTROLLER to establish liability in case of hypothetical computer crimes or other requests authorized by the judicial authority.

Data provided voluntarily by site users
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on the SITE or through the completion of request forms or other guided procedures present on the SITE itself, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered.
Specific summary information will be reported or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular services on request.

OPTIONAL NATURE OF PROVIDING DATA
Apart from what is specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide the personal data reported in the request forms or in any case indicated in contacts to request the sending of informative material or other communications. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested. For the sake of completeness, it should be remembered that, in some cases (not subject to the ordinary management of this site), the Authority may request news and information pursuant to the aforementioned legislation for the purpose of monitoring the processing of personal data. In these cases, the response is mandatory under penalty of an administrative sanction.

USERNAME AND PASSWORD
In the event that the user is requested to choose a 'username' and/or a 'password' to access restricted sections of the SITE, it will be the user's responsibility to keep such data confidential and to immediately notify the DATA CONTROLLER of their use by unauthorized persons.

COOKIES
Cookies are short text files that are downloaded to the User's device when visiting a website and allow the SITE to recognize the User's device. They have different purposes such as, for example, allowing you to browse efficiently between pages, remembering favorite sites and, in general, improving the browsing experience.
Based on the function and purpose of use, cookies can be divided into technical cookies, profiling cookies, and third-party cookies.

PROCESSING METHODS
Personal data are processed with and without electronic or otherwise automated, computer or telematic tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access in compliance with the obligations to adapt to minimum security measures.
To provide a complete service, the SITE may contain links to other websites, not managed by this DATA CONTROLLER, who cannot be held responsible for errors, content, cookies, publications of illegal moral content, advertising, banners or files that do not comply with current regulations and compliance with the Privacy legislation by the aforementioned sites.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to. Among the rights recognized by the GDPR to the beneficiary/data subject are those to:
- request access to the personal data provided and to information relating to them; the rectification of inaccurate data or the integration of incomplete ones; the erasure of personal data (upon the occurrence of one of the conditions indicated in Art. 17, paragraph 1 of the GDPR and in compliance with the exceptions provided for in paragraph 3 of the same article); the restriction of the processing of personal data (upon the occurrence of one of the hypotheses indicated in Art. 18, paragraph 1 of the GDPR); - request and obtain - in cases where the legal basis of the processing is the contract or consent, and the same is carried out by automated means - the personal data in a structured and machine-readable format, also for the purpose of communicating such data to another data controller (so-called right to portability of personal data);
- object at any time to the processing of personal data in the event of particular situations concerning you;
- withdraw consent at any time, limited to cases where the processing is based on consent for one or more specific purposes and concerns common personal data (for example, date and place of birth or place of residence), or particular categories of data (for example, data revealing racial origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health status or sex life). The processing based on consent and carried out prior to the revocation of the same retains, in any case, its lawfulness;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali - www.garanteprivacy.it).

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The DATA CONTROLLER reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to adapt it to the incoming law and to improve it also taking into account the suggestions transmitted by customers, collaborators and users.
