PARITÀ UOMO-DONNA, MYNET SI CERTIFICA

Mynet has achieved, last November, the Gender Equality Certification: a new certification introduced by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) aimed at encouraging companies to adopt appropriate policies to reduce the gender gap.

The certification is voluntary and is requested by the company based on the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard, which defines the criteria, technical requirements, and elements necessary for certifying gender equality in companies.

Mynet followed the entire certification process, which involves adopting specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in relation to 6 assessment areas for the different variables that define an inclusive organization that respects gender equality:

    • Culture and strategy
    • Governance
    • Human Resources processes
    • Growth opportunities for women in the company
    • Pay equity
    • Protection of parenthood and work-life balance
