EQUALITY FOR MEN-WOMEN, MYNET IS CERTIFIED
Last November,
Mynet achieved the Gender Equality Certification:
a new certification introduced by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) and aimed at encouraging companies to adopt adequate policies to reduce the gender gap.
The certification takes place on a voluntary basis and at the request of the company on the basis of the
UNI/PdR 125:2022
practice, which defines criteria, technical requirements and functional elements for the certification of
equality between the two sexes in companies
.
Mynet has followed the entire certification process which involves the adoption of specific indicators, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), in relation to 6 areas of evaluation for the different variables that distinguish an inclusive and equality-respecting organisation:
• Culture and strategy
• Governance
• Human Resources processes
• Growth opportunities for women in the company
• Remunerative equity
• Protection of parenthood and work-life balance
