Equality between MEN and WOMEN

EQUALITY FOR MEN-WOMEN, MYNET IS CERTIFIED

Last November, Mynet achieved the Gender Equality Certification: a new certification introduced by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) and aimed at encouraging companies to adopt adequate policies to reduce the gender gap.

The certification takes place on a voluntary basis and at the request of the company on the basis of the UNI/PdR 125:2022 practice, which defines criteria, technical requirements and functional elements for the certification of equality between the two sexes in companies.

Mynet has followed the entire certification process which involves the adoption of specific indicators, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), in relation to 6 areas of evaluation for the different variables that distinguish an inclusive and equality-respecting organisation:

    • Culture and strategy
    • Governance
    • Human Resources processes
    • Growth opportunities for women in the company
    • Remunerative equity
    • Protection of parenthood and work-life balance
