Service Charter
Pursuant to Article 8, paragraph 5 of AGCOM Resolution 244/08/CSP, please note that, as of October 2010, the service for checking the quality of fixed Internet access (Nemesys software) is available on the “Misura Internet" website. The data produced by the Nemesys software can be compared with the values reported in the latest publication of the ‘Basic Service Offerings’.

More information on carrier speed is available at this link.

Alternatively, for a quicker and faster informal performance check, you can use the SPEEDTEST.NET service, taking care to use the service from a location that is not connected to Wi-Fi and that the user is not experiencing traffic generated by other locations. The data returned by the service can be communicated to the helpdesk service to support any reports of anomalies in the speed of the access service.
