SUZZARA AND CAVRIANA TURBOCHARGE CONNECTIVITY
SUZZARA/CAVRIANA – About twenty streets involved, for a total of almost 300 connected housing units: these are the numbers of the works that Mynet is carrying out between Suzzara and Cavriana, where it has developed a tailor-made FTTH (Fiber To The Home) project, true fiber optic right into homes, offering web access at speeds of up to 1 Gigabit.

The works, which will begin during this week and be completed by Christmas, include the construction of the physical infrastructure for FTTH connections to private homes before asphalt works. The intervention, particularly important for its capillarity, covers a large part of the town centers in both cases, thus providing domestic users with a service that is more vital than ever. In the end, the territory will be covered by a highly performing FTTH infrastructure, the only one capable of providing web connection speeds up to 1000Mbit/s and ensuring access to services that are more essential than ever today, such as smart working, distance learning, video surveillance, and e-commerce.

In Suzzara, sections of the following streets will be involved: via Marzole, strada Sabbadini, via Battisti, strada Carrobbio, strada Carretta, strada Zara-San Prospero, via Bissolati, via Cadorna, strada Villa Inferiore, via Cantone, and via Campogrande, for a total of over 200 connected housing units. In Cavriana, work will be carried out on via Bosche, via Avis, the new district delimited by via della Libertà and via della Repubblica, via Fontanelle, the stretch of Via Piantume between via Fontanelle and via Battaglia, and finally via Battaglia itself; in this case, the covered housing units will be around eighty.
