IN MALCESINE, TRADE AND TOURISM ARE FOCUS ON REVIVAL WITH MYNET'S FIBER OPTICS

MALCESINE (VERONA) – The revival of the tourism sector also depends on small and medium-sized businesses in commerce: from this idea comes the new Mynet–Confcommercio Verona partnership, which focuses on Malcesine’s service companies, giving them new vitality through access to the web via fiber optics.

The agreement includes an ultra-high-speed Internet and telephone package for microbusinesses using FTTC (Fiber To The Cabinet, fiber optic up to the street cabinet) at a special discounted price reserved exclusively for Confcommercio Verona member companies: a one-time activation fee of €100 and then €39 per month (instead of €150 activation and €49 monthly fee for non-members). The offer includes a Public Static IPv4 Address, a high-quality router, and telephone service with up to two simultaneous calls and unlimited traffic to Italian landlines and mobiles.

“Digitalization, as we learned during this long and difficult phase marked by the pandemic, is one of the key challenges for businesses in the service and tourism sectors,” commented Paolo Arena, President of Confcommercio Verona. “That’s why we are committed to providing our member companies with all the tools they need to become increasingly smart and technological; the partnership with Mynet is an important step toward ensuring ever-greater competitiveness.”

“At this important moment marking the restart of the tourism sector and, more broadly, the economic fabric of Malcesine, we wanted to give an immediate response to small and medium-sized local businesses by accelerating connectivity,” explained Giovanni Zorzoni, General Director of Mynet. “Our proprietary network is already ready to serve not only large accommodation facilities that want to connect to the ultra-broadband fiber network directly into their buildings but also, more generally, commercial activities that can rely on our mixed fiber-copper FTTC network for their daily management needs (electronic invoicing, POS, etc.), as well as to offer an additional service to their customers.”

For more information on offers for business customers, whether full fiber or mixed fiber-copper, you can contact Mynet’s commercial agents, Alberto Zecchini and Kristian Facchinetti, at 045 49 50 447 or by email at sales@mynet.it.
