ULTRA-FAST FIBER CONNECTS THE GOITO STATE ROAD TOO: 1000 MBIT/S FTTH INTERNET ACROSS THE ENTIRE ROAD
GOITO – The Mynet fiber optic network is expanding in Goito: following the investments made in 2017 which involved some of the main public buildings in the municipal area (including the town hall in Piazza Gramsci, the middle and elementary schools in the Via Dante Alighieri complex, and the elementary school in Strada Cà Diciotto), the activation of the FTTC service (Fiber To The Cabinet) for the entire town up to 100 Mbps, and the recent exclusive activation of FTTC for the Torre di Goito district, now technicians are bringing FTTH (Fiber To The Home) connectivity along the Strada Statale Goitese, from Marsiletti up to the Mocambo pizzeria, in the Colombine neighborhoods and in Tazzoli, Turati, Bonafini, and Divisione Acqui streets, where telecom ducts were practically absent. This will allow businesses and citizens to enjoy Internet speeds up to 1000 Mbit/s with FTTH.

This technology will provide access to numerous innovative services for everyone, such as online streaming, e-learning, home automation, as well as video surveillance applications. To access ultra-fast Internet, citizens can contact TNET Servizi, which, through a framework agreement active since 2016, sells the service to private customers while invoicing Mynet's optical infrastructure.

“I am proud to bring ultra-fast fiber to my town,” comments Mynet’s General Manager, Giovanni Zorzoni, “and to allow my fellow citizens to use a tool essential for the evolution of increasingly innovative services at a crucial moment for the restart of economic and work activities. We wanted to fully embrace this challenge, offering increasingly innovative services to facilitate the lives of businesses and individual citizens.”

In the coming weeks, other Mantuan municipalities will join the list of areas that can benefit from the ultra-broadband network: among them are Borgo Mantovano and Pegognaga.
