THE MONTICHIARI EXHIBITION CENTER CHOOSES MYNET FIBER OPTICS

MONTICHIARI (BRESCIA) – A true digital turning point defined by speed and reliability. The Montichiari Exhibition Center, a prestigious economic and commercial hub for the province of Brescia and its neighboring areas, has been reached by the Mynet “blue wave”: the telecommunications operator, active throughout northern Italy with a proprietary fiber optic infrastructure extending over 30,000 km, has officially become the technical partner of the important exhibition center – the second largest in the region –, further confirming its deep connection with the territory.

A pervasive, stable, and ultra-fast optical network supported by cutting-edge technological solutions was key to the success of Mynet’s digital innovation project designed for the Montichiari Exhibition Center. The venue is now preparing to become a vast digital hotspot available to exhibitors and visitors alike. Let’s look at the numbers: with around 20 kilometers of fiber optic cable wiring the entire exhibition area and the nearby Fascia d’Oro industrial zone, two distinct lines (one dedicated to offices and another for wireless coverage), 50 access points distributed across the fairgrounds, and next-generation Wi-Fi coverage, every single user accessing the fair will benefit from bandwidth of up to 10 Gigabits per second – stable and high-performing from the first to the last pavilion. This state-of-the-art service is essential for video surveillance and high-quality live streaming of major events, positioning the venue among the smartest in northern Italy. With all fiber joints completed, Mynet will proceed with the first activations in the coming days.
